NALGEP Offers Webcast on Local Government Climate and Energy Strategies

The National Association of Local Government Environmental Professionals (NALGEP) is sponsoring a webcast on Local Government Climate Change and Energy Efficiency Strategies on January 25, 2007, from 3:00-4:30 pm EST.
This webcast will showcase the City of Chicago and the City of Seattle climate change and energy efficiency programs. The webcast will highlight Chicago's and Seattle's leadership on topics such as alternative and renewable energy, green fleets, energy efficiency in buildings, greenhouse gas inventories, and climate action plans. The event will also spotlight other innovative communities that have used tools and resources to reduce energy demand, promote energy efficiency, or reduce carbon dioxide emissions. NALGEP has allocated time for a lengthy question and answer period between presenters and among webcast participants.
